Established in 2003, the Rafael Group|Bulgaria is proud to service our clients in all facets of our operations concentrated in Bulgaria. Since our commencement, we have achieved an outstanding track record and the tangible signs of progress that we are beginning to see are the result of focused and relentless effort on many fronts. They reflect important, long-term investments and the impact of a solid, long-term strategy.

Our timber manufacture and processing plant located in Silistra has achieved outstanding results and superseded all expectations in production since it commenced operations in 2005. This has enabled the corporation to continue along a deliberate path of diversification into real estate agency and property development, and it is now ready to proceed to its new strategic direction into the leisure & entertainment business. The Rafael Group|Bulgaria now stands as a successful, fast-growing multi-faceted corporation in Bulgaria.

As part of our purposeful path of growth and diversification in the year 2007, we will optimise our current real estate and property development portfolio and begin breaking ground with Rafael Pearl, a world-class international standard resort facility in the Black Seaside resort of Aheloy.

We are developing one of our most exciting feats yet with over 7,500 m2 of splendour. Rafael Pearl will be a flagship of luxury in Bulgaria and will provide its residents a secure resort retreat within a fine array of 5-star amenities. To enable this project to come to realization, the Rafael Group|Bulgaria has melded a team of industry professionals. In its completed state, the resort will accommodate a secure world-class leisure facility.

As founder and Executive Director of the Rafael Group|Bulgaria and Chairman of the Board of Directors, I am intensely proud of all we have achieved over recent years as we now enter a new stage of purposefully growing the business to create additional incomes and profits. This in turn has put us in the enviable position of being one of the catalysts of change in Bulgaria and the Black Sea region.
