After carefully studying the market and assessing the current trends and the anticipated growth in the leisure and entertainment market in the Bourgas region, the Board of Directors of Rafael Group|Bulgaria has taken the strategic decision to enter the above market. The Board has taken the decision to create its third division - Rafael Leisure & Entertainment, which will work towards realizing the benefits, prospects, and opportunities that we strongly believe will start emerging in these markets soon.

 

• Acquisition of one to two boutique type small 4-star hotels & the acquisition and/or development of a 5-star hotel in the city of Bourgas
• Setup of a restaurants/catering network
• Setup and operation of a Cineplex establishment
• Agreement with a major restaurant chain for exclusive franchise rights for Bulgaria

We have selected the Division Manager and the initial core team which is currently working towards drafting and implementing a two-year Division Strategic Plan Of Action.
